So what will I do about it ? Because becoming aware of something and not doing anything about it to correct it would be really fucked up... wouldn't it ?
Thus the first thing which I will do will be doing the training with the game. This is very, very challenging exercise so I will do it every day. Though I will prevent the situation when I would get hooked up on playing the game for hours and through this letting that my other tasks and responsibilities form my list don't get done. So I make the decision to play the game 3 times a day altogether 10 times maximum. And in this way I know that will make regular and constant progress with multitasking.
This will be a very interesting exercise. I will be shifting my focus from achieving high scores in the game ( competition etc. ) and within this forgetting about myself and instead I will turn around the priorities ( from game into myself ).
Now... mastering the game would mean nothing if I did not apply what I learn there in real life. Thus as a next point I will have to practice multitasking with breathing throughout the day. And I will do it by taking short breaks every hour or two ( if I can and when I am outside of work ) and practice my breathing. And then I will also set the reminder on my computer desktop.
At the moment I do not see what else I could do about it. Thus I will make my first step and then I will most probably know what is around the corner and I will be able to make my 2nd step.
To be continued
