Hidden tension and stress

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

This is the continuation of the previous article:

HIDDEN TENSION AND STRESS - PART 1
HIDDEN TENSION AND STRESS - PART 2
HIDDEN TENSION AND STRESS - PART 3
HIDDEN TENSION AND STRESS - PART 4

In February I wrote couple of articles about my realization that I am holding unnecessary stress in my body while doing some tasks ( e.g. working on the computer ). Today I am trying to catch up with my massive delay ( over 4 months ) with publishing my JTL ( Journey To Life ) articles online and so I came across these articles. And while I am here looking at my article from February thus let's have a look what has changed in my application since then.

So I will do the test with the game to see how I manage my awareness of breathing and relaxation of unnecessary muscles while playing the computer game which is very "focus" demanding exercise.

...

OK... so I just did the test with the game and breathing. I can see big changes and improvements but still the game and the score is more important than my breathing. There are also some improvements in regards to the muscles tensions as I notice that the tension is minimal. But still there is room for improvement within this point.

Now... this little and seemingly insignificant thing says a lot about myself and then also about the whole humanity because most of the humans also forget about their breath while doing some other tasks. We maintain unnecessary tension and we put stress on the body and in this way we use unnecessarily huge amount of body's own resources. I guess this will not surprise anybody when I say that we can see exactly the same thing in the outside world. The system in which we live is in tension and under constant stress. And so humanity is using unnecessarily massive amount of earth's resources to be able to maintain this tension.

And of course we are not aware of it.

To be continued
