EXPERIMENTING WITH THE SLEEP AGAIN - PART 16 - DAY 9
Last night I slept about 6 hours. Yes... despite my intentions to sleep only 17 min I got into longer sleep. I woke up when the alarm went off after 17 min but then I turned around and I continued to sleep.
Sleeping for 6 hours gave me some kind of sensation of rest in the morning but then later during the day I had to deal with the consequences of "hangover". My eyes were dry. My head was dizzy and I felt like going to bed and having more sleep.
Now it is 1.15 am. I am feeling very tired. I did only 1 client today and then I worked with the computer. But I feel very tired. And this tiredness is not the same when I slept only 2 hours the other day. This is something worse. It is on the edge of exhaustion.
But I do not want to go to sleep because I know that sleep does not give me rest. I am really struggling with myself to keep awake but I do not want to go back into sleeping and waking up tired.
To be continued
