Last night I slept 4 hours. I know it because I have set the alarm clock. I set few alarm clocks. One was at 17 min and then I set another one for 4 hours just in case that I miss the 1st one. I got up out of bed after 4 hours and I started my day.
Generally all was good. Only around 4 pm I started to feel tiredness and weakness in the body but after about 3o min it went away. Then I got home around 10.30 pm. I did something for about 1 hour and I decided to have a 17 min sleep. Although I know that it is a little bit risky to lie down in bed I did it. Though I set 2 different alarm clocks.
All was good. I woke up after 17 min. I did not really feel tired so decided to stay in bed and just breathe.
This was a mistake.
I woke up after almost 5 hours.
Luckily it was just 5 hours !!!
For few minutes I had some headache-like or hangover-like symptoms but I am waking up. Now I try to not sleep anymore and go through the day.
