Last night happened the same story and in the last 2 weeks. I switch off the alarm and then I go back to sleep. Thus this is my statement and commitment for tonight and tomorrow morning:
I commit myself to get immediately out of bed tomorrow morning after switching off the alarm after 4 hours of sleep with the purpose to check if sleeping less than 6 hours a day is sufficient rest for my body.
