EXPERIMENTING WITH SLEEP AGAIN - PART 1

EXPERIMENTING WITH SLEEP AGAIN - PART 4
This is the summary of my experiment with the sleep over the last week.
There is one repeating pattern which I am struggling with... After 4 hours of sleep I wake up with the alarm. I say to myself: "I am not going to sleep... I am not going to sleep... I am not going to sleep more... and I start doing the breathing exercises". But in the end I wake up 1 or 2 hours later. And I have not managed to get out of bed even once over the last week. Thus there is a lot of room for improvement here.
But one thing that I have managed better is stopping myself from working until late and crossing the breaking point of accelerated tiredness. It is still to be improved by I see a break within this pattern.
It is important to mention and remind you that I am keeping my accumulated sleeping time ( with 1 or 2 short sleeping breaks during the day ) of less than 7 hours a day. And this in itself is already certain progress because I know that if I would let myself sleep whatever I want, I would be sleeping easily between 8-10 hours a day.
All of this is an experiment and I still don't know whether sleeping for 4 hours at night is healthy and beneficial for my body over longer period of time. But as long as I don't get out of bed after 4 hours and test it, I will not be able to determine it.
Thus my experiment will continue and I will let you know in a week time about my progress.
To be continued...
