It is interesting how yesterday I didn't know what to write about but today already early in the morning I knew what to write.

I have discovered or realized a certain pattern in my life in regards to my work. And thus there comes a moment in my life when I start a new project ( usually work ), then I want to finish it as early as possible and I work long hours on it. Working long hours is ok but in my case I tend to cross the physical limits of my body. But this is not all because I also get involved into few different projects and eventually I get myself into situation of constant pressure, stress and physical tiredness. And this is my pattern of another form of abuse of my body and myself.

Right in this moment I am in the beginning of a new project and obviously I have started enter into this pattern. Thus I started to plan on how I can finish my project as soon as possible but I did it without taking into consideration what my physical body is capable of doing. But this time I have started to see the development of this pattern and I have decided to correct it and change it. And thus instead of working long hours and pushing myself over the physical limits I will work until the moment when I see and feel that I am approaching the limits and I will continue with my project the next day or whenever I am ready.

And of course this is the part of my process ( problem with my skin - eczema ) which has started in the last few months and through which I am starting to learn to establish effective communication with my body and to be more gentle with myself and my body.
