Today I was thinking and reflecting back on the situation from yesterday. And I was wondering why I have not reacted to certain points that came up within the group meeting. Because in reality these points are not allowed to be present as they are against the principles and rules of the center. The main principles on which the center is based are:
- What is best for all
- Oneness and equality
And there was one person who openly was not 100% aligned with them.
Thus I was thinking about it and then I realised that in that moment it was not necessary to confront these points. The group was there to support this person and in that moment there was no need for direct confrontation and instead this person needed to feel welcomed by the group.
And so it was. But still the is the point that this person must transform some points within himself as otherwise the group will not be able to function properly and effectively. In any case I am aware of it and - although I spoke with only 2 other people about it - it looks like everybody else has the same opinion. And in this situation this person will be given some time - although he is part of the group now - and within the next 2-3 weeks he will be confronted and he will be required to explain his situation to see whether he is aligned with the principles of the group. That is all very simple.
