7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1664 - 21 DAYS OF POSITIVITY - PART 74

About trusting other people

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

I have just made an interesting observation. This is the 14th day in a row. This is a great success. But at the same time I have noticed that there was not a single day ( within these 14 days ) when I did all of my exercises in full length. I was always doing a shorter version of some and quite often on all of the exercises.

I have to say that I am getting better in terms of putting top priority on my experiment and so I cancel or postpone my other tasks, responsibilities, hobbies and enjoyments. And this is simply because I do not have time for everything and I need to manage my time and energy resources in such a way so that I may do my experiment successfully.

Anyway there is not a single day so far when I would do all of my exercises in full length. As I said I am putting a lot of effort ( although I am struggling with it ) so that I could do my exercises earlier in the evening instead of finishing them late at night. Though the reality is different. For example yesterday I started to do my exercises earlier but then I got a phone call and I got taken away from doing it and I finished late as usual. Today I finished my exercises 1 hour earlier than my usual time. I would love to finish them earlier but still I could call it a great success. At least I can see a change.

But let's get back to the point of doing my exercises in full length. Thus today I have organized myself better and I eliminated my distractions during the day so that I could have more time for my tasks and responsibilities. But still there was 1 exercise in the morning when I did the shorter version. And so I am still at the point when I do not have a single day with all of my exercises in full length. Thus I will have to put an effort to have at least 1 day ( within the 21 days ) with all of my exercises in full length.

To be continued
