I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I fell asleep a little bit but I woke and now I finish my article. It is very late at night but in the end I did all of my exercises for the day. Though I am stuck on the point of what I can write about today.
Anyway... last night I could not sleep more than 5 hours because I had appointment in the morning. But this was ok. I got up and I was ok with these 5 hours.
Apart from this I continue doing my new experiment with the diet. Now I eat much less fruits than ever before. I eat 1-2 pieces of fruits during a day ( or sometimes even I eat no fruit at all ) and I am really ok. Of course I use some natural vitamin and mineral supplements but still it is kind of remarkable to see that I do not eat fruits at all. My body weight has got stabilised and I do not lose weight in the more. Normally people would be very happy to lose weight but in my case I need to watch that I do not lose too much because otherwise I will "look too skinny".
I work a little bit less because I have decided to give excess of work to my friend. And this is really cool. My friend is really happy that he has got more work and at the same time I am happy that I have more time for myself. Well... this "time for myself" means that I have more time for doing other things. But this is very important for me to have this time because these other things are very important for me.
