I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And another very busy day passed by. I did not even try to think that I could do my exercises. I started early in the morning and I worked until late at night. I had a short break in the middle of the day but apart from this I was busy all day.
And now I do not know what to write. Of course this is nothing new. I am tired and so this is kind of normal.
When I am working so much and I finish my day being tired I do not have spare energy to do any experiments with the sleep. It is not that I sleep long hours. I still sleep 7 hours at the most but I would like to stay at the 4 hour mark or below. But now it is rather difficult to do anything about it.
Now I am at the point when I would like to go to bed and have a rest. But then I know from past experience that this would not be good for me because I have used a lot of energy today and I need to replenish it with food. I do not really feel like eating but I will "push myself" to do it. Otherwise my body will decompose my muscles overnight to get the nutrients and energy and I would lose the weight unnecessarily. Thus I will eat first and then I will go to sleep.
