I am catching up with posting online my articles.
So the things go well. This is the 3rd day and I did all of my exercises. Even today when I had very busy day with work. I do all of the exercises but then I do shorter version when I see that I am tired from working a lot during the day. One thing that I see that could/should be improved is that I do some of the exercises late at night. Sometimes I do is because I was busy all day but then for example yesterday I did it as a result of bad time management.
Anyway so far I am doing all of my exercises. I have to be very careful tomorrow morning because I have early appointment and thus I need wake up earlier and do one of my exercises.
It is interesting point in regards to my body. Yesterday I felt kind of weak and weird but today I feel exceptionally well. I would say that this has something to do with the changes in my diet, which is accompanied by the mineral and vitamin supplements. And I have also cut down the amount of fruits that I used to eat every day - from more than 1 kg to 1 fruit or less.
Last night I slept about 5-6 hours. I do not remember exactly. But I know that I lied down after I switched off the alarm ( 4 hours ) and I fell asleep. So now I go to sleep and I will make sure that I do not lie down in bed after I switch off the alarm clock in the morning.
