I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Day 3 of my experiment was much better. I still have one of my exercises that needs to be done but I am not so tired although it is late.
I am glad that finally I make some progress with my experiment. The start ( first 2 days ) was shaky but I am going forward with it.
But now I am seating in front of the computer and I do not know what to write.
Anyway today I did not stick exactly to my plan. I did not write all my tasks that I wanted to accomplish today. I did not waste time today on silly things but still I should be following my rules as in the moments of weakness this will help me to get through it without falling down.
Then is the point with the sleep. I manage to sleep less than 6 hours a day but I do not make any advancements and stability in sleeping 4 hours or less. I manage to sleep less 1 night but then I fall back to 6 hours.
So this was my Day 3.
