I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I have been very busy all day. And I had a little bit of luck to say that I have completed this day successfully. This is because I have lied down on the sofa before doing all of exercises. And I fell asleep. But I was fortunate to wake up after about 2 hours. I was very sleepy but I forced myself to do the exercises ( the shorter version ). Anyway the Day 1 has been a little bit shaky but I did my exercises from the list and I can tick it off as done successfully.
So what now ?
I am "kind of awake" and I will try not to go to bed immediately. Maybe I won't go at all. I am very content that I have done so much in the last couple of days but then also I need to be careful about stopping myself and having some time off and dedicate it to rest and entertainment. It may be rather difficult to take the whole day off because I have couple of deadlines ahead of my but at least I should take couple of hours and go to the beach and the mountains. I have to include it in my plan in the next couple of days.
