I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I did not do my plan for today. But I did not really have the opportunity to do so. But then I did not waste my time on silly things.
OK... it is late and I still have not done all of my exercises. But I will do it now and later I will finish my article.
Thus I just finished my exercises. I am just thinking that I should have a Plan B which would be the "easy" version. And thus this plan would allow me to do a shorter version of my exercises. I was thinking about reducing my list of daily exercises. But then I really want to do them. And thus instead of cutting down my exercises I would have a "Plan B" with shorter version and then on the days when I have less work I could for example catch up with my exercises by dedicating more time to them. But this would not be an obligation as I can see that sometimes I have few days in a row when I am extremely busy at work and I have little time for my exercises.
So this is my idea on how to deal with the element of unpredictability and the excessive load of my work and at the same time do my daily exercises. Obviously this is just an idea and I will have to see in my daily life if this is something effective and practical. Otherwise I will have to think about other solutions.
It is 4 am now. But today I had a longer siesta in the afternoon so I allowed myself to work until late.
