I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And so today I also did not manage to do my plan. I did 2 important things though. Firstly I got myself out of bed with the alarm after sleeping about 4 hours and secondly I did one of my exercise in the morning although I did not feel like doing it because I wanted to go back to bed.
Later I did have a 30 min siesta ( sleep ) during the day but in general I slept less than 4 hours today.
The reason why I did not do my plan is because I was busy at work more than expected. I thought that I would have an easy day but it turned up that I got extra appointments.
Anyway although I do not do my plan ( short term 21 day plan ) I still do things which are part of my long term projects. And what is most important is that I do not really waste my time on silly things but I stayed focused. And here I see the benefits of doing my planning and writing down all the tasks that I want to accomplish. It clearly helps me to stay focused.
Tomorrow I plan to have a day off. And so I also intent to start my 21 day experiment. Now it is late but still I will do 1 of my exercises.
