I am catching up with posting online my articles.
This week I have been working over my "healthy limits" and now I see that it got me out of balance. In the beginning it was ok but because I did not get enough rest and instead I continued working and doing a lot of things so eventually I got to the point when I feel tired and weak. Now I would need to have a day off and go to the mountains to "recharge my batteries" but unfortunately I will have to wait till Wednesday. I just got caught in the "cycle of business" and now I have to wait till I finish with all the pending appointments.
Although I am tired I still managed to do couple of my priority tasks from my list. But in the last couple of days there is no continuity and that is why I need to start my 21 day experiment from the beginning. Apart from this I did not do all of my tasks.
Now... the business this week is not usual and thus for the moment I will not make any adjustments in my plan. I will wait couple of days till I finish with my appointments and then I see if I can get back on track and keep up with my plan.
Now I will finish here with my article. I will do my exercise and I will get some rest and sleep.
