I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Anyway most of the people in this world do not realise that they have put the fuel into the engines of the train and now they are trying to hold on to the handles so that they do not fall of the seat. At the same time they believe that they are the innocent victims to somebody ( devil ) who placed them on this train and they can do nothing about it apart praying to god to save them from their misery or wait for some kind of hero ( to do the same as god ). You may tell this people directly in their face that it is them who fuels the train and it is them who controls it but still they will not listen to you and in some cases they may even abuse you for spreading heresy against god.
So we are living in the world full of stress, abuse, poverty and struggle for survival. Nobody really likes it but then hardly anybody does anything to change it as most of the people believe that they can do nothing about it. They accept this belief unconditionally and it makes them completely blind to see the facts of the reality.
Thus the key to changing the current stressful system is to realise that we are responsible for creating it in the first place. And once we come to this important realisation then we must start making the change first within ourselves and later on the outside. Thus the way to change with within ourselves is that we must live and be the change that we want to be. And thus if we notice that we live under constant stress then we must stop ourselves in that moment of observation. Here I will give an example from my own life. Thus in the last couple of years I have been working a lot. You'll know... working a lot is not a problem but what I was doing was that I was accepting a lot of responsibilities which I wanted to finish as soon as possible and to achieve this I was pushing my limits of tiredness. This eventually got me to the point when I was living under constant stress of wanting to finish my tasks as soon as possible and eventually I got sick and I had to back off.
Through my actions I was obviously participating in the creation of the stressful system in which I need to work constantly. Today I have made changes. I have realised that if I want to change the system I must be and live the change that I want to see in the world. And so I do not do my projects with the attitude of trying to finish them as soon as possible and be done with them and to achieve this I was abusing my own body. Today I see that I was possessed by this desire to finish my tasks as soon as possible. These days I have more relaxed approach towards it. I still want to finish my project as soon as possible but now I do in such a way that I take into consideration that my physical body has its limits and I need to respect it. Thus I take more breaks during the day. I do not skip the meals.
Now I realise that through my more relaxed approach towards work and my responsibilities I am creating a more relaxed system. I know that I may be like a small drop in the ocean but this does not matter. I am certain that I will motivate and inspire other people to do the same. And once there more people like me then we will be able to make a bigger impact on the whole system and we will create a better and more relaxed system in which we can enjoy life instead of fighting for survival.
