7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1575 - CHANGING THE CURRENT STRESSFUL SYSTEM - PART 1

Changing the current stressful system

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

We live in the system in which many people struggle to survive and don't get their basic needs secured. And thus we have about 1 billion people who do not get the most needed nutrition every day and within this group there are many people who simply die out of starvation.

Then we also have a big group of people who do not want to be in the other group and so they work long hours and/or they have 2 full time jobs. Obviously these people justify their decision to work so much as they need to secure their survival needs. But you'll see... these people quite often define as basic needs having 2 or more cars, having couple of properties etc. There is nothing really wrong with having 2 or 3 cars or houses etc. But the point is that if you have to work long hours and you live under constant stress because you must earn enough money to pay for everything then you are doing nothing else but creating a stressful and abusive system.

Look... if you complain about the current system then you must realise that it was and it is you who is creating it with your every day actions. And thus if you live under constant stress and working long hours all year long then this is how you are adding the fuel so that the system may continue this way. It is not the way around as you think. It only seems to be this way. You may think about it like the express train ( I use this analogy quite often in my articles ). Anyway you are the driver who puts the coal into the oven which gives the power to the engines to turn the wheels. In the beginning the train is going slow but if you would continue to add fuel to the oven then eventually the train will gain its speed. So if you think that the train is going to quick and you start to complain about it, then it is just because you are blind to see or you don't remember that you have put the fuel into the oven. The train has gained its speed but at the same time it has also gained its momentum and so you may stop putting more fuel into it but still the train will roll quite fast by itself and it will take some time before it will stop.

To be continued
