Experimenting with the sleep again

EXPERIMENTING WITH THE SLEEP AGAIN - PART 43


Last night I slept for about 4 hours. Then I had a 17 break during the day but I do not think that I slept anything. I just relaxed while lying down while doing a deeper breathing exercise. And then in the evening I lied down on the floor but this time I fell asleep for a short while. Not sure for how long though. When I am in this state of tiredness I lose the time sensation of when and how long I sleep. I do not track time as I do not plan to have a sleep in the first place. But then it happens and should be more careful about. I know that lying down ( even on hard and/or uncomfortable surfaces ) puts me at risk of falling asleep. So I guess if I want to be "effective" with my experiment I must stop this point. And thus when I am tired, all I can do is to seat up or having a shower immediately.

We'll see how it goes.

This experiment with the sleep is very interesting but then it is also very challenging and difficult. I am on holidays and I am not distracted by my work so I want to take advantage of these 6 nights which I have left. So now the plan is not to sleep at all this night.
