This is the continuation of the previous article:
EXPERIMENTING WITH THE SLEEP AGAIN - PART 39
So this is my first day of the holiday. What was interesting about this day was that I almost did not sleep. My flight was early in the morning and then at night I spent time on packing up my luggage and organizing some things around the house before leaving. So I did not sleep at all last night. Then I got tired and very sleepy on the plane but because the seats were really bad thus I could get only a broken sleep with my head hanging in a super uncomfortable position. I think that altogether I got about 2 hours of this broken sleep ( including these breaks in-between ).
Then I arrived to the destination. Though I couldn't let myself to go to sleep as there was no food at home and I had to go out to eat in the restaurant. But then this food gave me some energy and I decided to go for a walk a little bit around the city. Eventually I got home late afternoon. But this time I had to spend some time with my family and in the end I did not get any sleep at all.
Now it is late evening. I just had my dinner. I finish my article. I will have a shower and afterwards I will go to the dance party. You'll know... I love to dance and I today my arrival coincides with the party. So I want to be there.
I do not know how my body will react and long I will be able to hold on but my intention is to stay awake the whole night. I do not plan to dance all night but when I come back home I do not want to lie down in bed.
Do you know why ?
Well... I want to break through my addiction with the sleep. And I already know that if I allow myself to fall into long sleep I will end up with the withdrawal symptoms and I will have to go through the whole process again. So I will have to find a way to get an effective rest without falling into long sleep. I could have short 17 minutes snooze but if I do not wake up with the alarm then I will be fucked.
