I am catching up with posting online my articles.
This is the continuation of the previous article:

Thus after going through the process of self-learning and discoveries ( from being shocked and confused to accepting it and allowing it to be ) I have come to the point when my massages have become exceptional. All the time I do professional massage and I have no intentions of sexual nature towards my clients but still my massages are very different and unique.
You'll know... all that I am doing has couple of conditions:
1. I must be well - balanced and not tired from working too much. Of course sometimes it is not possible to avoid being tired but still I manage my time and appointments so that I have time for taking care of myself and to rush between the appointments. Then I also avoid "mass production". What I mean here is that I do not 10-15 clients a day. I notice that when I do more than 4 clients a day then quality of my massage drops down as a result of tiredness.
2. When I do massage I do the best I can and in a sense I become one with the person receiving massage. Sometimes it is not easy because I have days when I do not want to work but even in those moments I push myself to do the best I can.
3. The client cannot expect anything. S/he must be "blank" and let it go. On couple of occasions I saw clients who came for the 2nd or 3rd appointment. But they came with the attitude of expecting that the massage will be the same as on the previous occasion. But then this attitude of expectation has put them in the state of tension and then the opposite happened - the massage was not as enjoyable as it could be.
4. I must focus completely on what I do and the client. If I think about what I need to do later or about my problems with my family, boss etc. then it affects the quality of the massage.
