Last night I slept over 7 hours. Did I feel any better than when I slept 4 hours ?
I don't think so... it is a different type of sensation/tiredness.
So why do I allow myself to sleep so long ?
I guess because I am tired.
But then there is also an element of working long hours on the computer. And this plays a major role why I am tired.
So what is the plan for my last night of the 21 day experiment ?
Well... I will do the same as the other nights. I will set up the alarm clock for 17 min and have this short break. And later I will see.
