I am catching up with posting online my articles.
This is the continuation of the previous article:

Thus the pain and the suffering related to sickness gives us the opportunity to learn from it and then we can decide to not put ourselves into the same shit again. And you'll see... if you chose the method where somebody is concentrated on supressing the symptoms and eliminate the pain and every discomfort completely then there is a big risk that you miss the point of why you have got sick in the first place. So then there is high probability that you will repeat the same mistakes in the future instead of learning from your painful experience, making the corrections in your life and within you and gaining your personal power by doing so.
Now... another precious lesson, which we may learn from sickness is that all the possessions, all the money, all the things which we desire etc. have no value at all in these moments. Actually it is not just "in these moments" but in general. Once you are lying down weak and helpless the sickness "opens" your eyes and then you see for yourself that almost all that we do in this world has no sense and no value. Some people decide to make radical changes and dedicate their life to life. What I mean here is that some people decide to stop the egoism and live practically the principle of what is best for all. Unfortunately there are still too many people who wait to get as soon as possible from the hospital and get back into their normal "life" doing the same shit, which got them into the hospital in the first place. By doing so they make it worse not only for themselves but also for the whole world.
And this helps us to identify the difference between the death and the sickness. At death you will also realise and see the senselessness of your life. Quite often it will be the case that there will be not a single moment ( right from the birth till death ) when a person did something valuable, which carries the substance of life. So this is death. You can see the senselessness but you have no more chance to go back and try to correct your mistakes.
With sickness you still have the opportunity to see this nonsense but then you have the chance to go back into your life and make the changes. You have the chance to do something, which really values. You have the chance to live your life according to the principle of what is best for all. And then when you will face the death you will no more have the regret because you will see and you will know that your life had sense. You will be gone but it all will be much, much, much different.
So you'll see... sickness is not really our enemy. Of course if you know how to prevent it then go ahead and tighten all the screws before they get loose and fall off completely causing unnecessary damage. Don't look for cheap and easy solutions. These easy solutions are cheaper in the short run but usually in the long run your costs will multiply many times.
I can see this type of behaviour quite often in my praxis. Instead of going to see a specialist who could help and assist for real, people go for the cheap or completely "free" medical system. Obviously the pack of pain killers or silicone infections into the painful shoulder or elbow is cheap or free but in the long run you pay a lot and you do not even realise it. Of course it all depends how much painkillers you take and how many injections you have but still there are many people who start to develop serious health problems as a result of it and they are not able to connect the dots. And once they get seriously sick they pay a lot of hidden costs. Obviously you think all the time that you are getting free health care but you forget about all the things, which you would like to do but you cannot anymore. Or you do your things with much lesser effectiveness. In the science of economy these are all hidden costs and you are paying for them.
Thus next time when you get sick, try to make a more detailed balance sheet with the hidden costs and then decide which treatment is cheaper.
