How to stop and reverse cold and flu without medicine

Apart from shallow breath I have also noticed that I was very active within my mind thinking a lot. I could say that my mind was like the car engine running on the high revs using a lot of fuel ( resources within the body ) and producing a lot of fumes. And on top of it there was not enough supply of oxygen. As a result of it I felt tired more than normal and I was coming to the point of getting sick.

Thus I lied down in bed and I pushed myself to breathe deep and let it go on the out-breath. Apart from this I stopped my thoughts as much as possible. I didn't know what to expect from this but in any case I knew that I must breathe effectively because this is the base and the foundation of life and secondly I knew that I must reduce the "revolutions" of my mind ( thinking ) because this was creating too much fumes and it was overloading my body and creating the sickness.

After about 2 hours of breathing and stopping my thoughts I started to feel better. Thus I realised that my approach was spot on. I got out of the bed and I started to do my things but I continued to breathe deep and reduce the activity of my mind ( thoughts etc. ). In that moment I was very pleased with the outcome of it but yet I wasn't sure how it is all going to develop further the next day. Though I was nicely surprised the next morning when I saw that the dark clouds of the sickness have gone away without the storm.

In the following says I was thinking that this could have been a coincidence thus I have not talked to anybody about my experience. Though last week I was again at the point of getting sick and I managed to stop and reverse the incoming sickness with deep breathing and stopping my mind. So here I have the confirmation that this is something real and something that works. And thus I have decided to share it with you.
