I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself yearning to have sex; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that because I could not fulfil my desire to have sex then I was having an emotion of sanguinary.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that my unfulfilled desire to have sex has caused build-up of energy within my mind and my body and to discharge this excess of energy I was sanguinary.
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realise that the built-up energy from my unfulfilled desire to have sex has caused the feeling of tiredness within my body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sleep more than necessary hoping that this will take away the feeling of tiredness in my body instead of investigating the real cause of my tiredness and correcting it.
I forgive myself that I didn't want to take responsibility for what I have accepted and allowed ( tiredness caused by the desire and yearning to have sex ) and instead I wanted to give this responsibility to external elements ( sleep, nature and dietary supplements ).
