I am catching up with posting online my articles.
You know... once I have seen a photo of an insect made which was made with special camera connected with microscope and thus I could see the insect magnified some thousands or millions times. And then I got amazed because I have never thought that their body could have such a beautiful and sophisticated design. Although their body is so small, it consists of many tiny elements which are well designed and look like some species from another planet.
And this magnified photo of an ant has changed how I look at insects. Literally I started to respect them. And as a part of this respect I do not kill them, squash them etc. I know that they are quite often very annoying ( e.g. flies ) but I try to catch them and throw them outside through the window. I admit that sometimes I kill an insect because it is not possible for me to sleep ( e.g. mosquito ) but in general I try to avoid it as much as possible. And of course driving my car at night or walking in the nature is a mass murdering but this I cannot avoid at the moment.
Thus the general tendency is to respect the insects as another form of life and not to kill them unless there is no other way of dealing with them or it is an accident.
