AMAZING DISCOVERY ABOUT THE SHAMPOO - PART 1
Thus as I said in the previous article unless you take extra special care of your hair which is kind of difficult, time consuming and expensive you will never be able to have this beautiful hair like the model from the advertising. But at the same time the corporations which produce the shampoo and make the advertising will continue to make profit at your cost.
Why do I say that the corporations make a profit at your cost ?
These days the shampoo is very cheap and it is not a big deal to pay for it unless you are a woman who spends more than average on special shampoos and other hair products. But here are also other costs which rarely anybody takes into consideration. First of all the shampoo goes down the drainage and pollutes the water and the soil. Secondly a lot of the plastic containers from the shampoos don't end up in the recycling plant but instead they get into the ocean etc. And thirdly most of the shampoos contain chemicals which are toxic and harmful for the body. I know that the companies do a lot of tests and research in their laboratories ( including experiments on animals which is another form of cost because somebody is suffering ) but still I know as a practitioner of natural medicine that many of the shampoos are extremely toxic and harmful for the body. And all of this is a hidden cost which eventually you will pay with your own health and later trying to get healthy you will pay for it with your own money.
Thus what is the solution ? Does it mean that we should not use the shampoo at all ?
Well... this is the suggestion unless you know how to select a product which is at least not harmful for you and for the environment. And here you can use the muscle testing known from Kinesiology.
But apart from this you could also consider to stop using the shampoo at all. Myself I have been experimenting with it in the last few weeks and I am kind of impressed. My hair is about 10 cm long ( thus it is not that short as for typical man ) and I am washing it just with warm water. It is not just rinsing. I am rubbing my hair with my fingers for few minutes to get the dust and excess of oil from it.
One amazing thing is that after washing my hair with water only it doesn't get entangled and I don't have to go through the pain of separating my hair with the comb which was the case after washing it with the shampoo. Only few light strokes with the comb and that's it. My explanation for it is that the skin secretes the oils which keep the hair moisturized and this keeps them separated easier while shampoo washes off completely the oils and then the hair gets stuck together.
Does my hair looks really oily and dirty without using the shampoo ?
Maybe it does a little bit but at the same time nobody is really making comments about it and many people actually say that they like my hair style and that it all suits me. It all looks natural, it is so easy to maintain my hair and I don't have to spend any money on it ( well... apart from the visits to the hairdresser sometime - but still not as often as before ).
