I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use food to beat the Guiness World records; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am using food for personal egoistic goals while there are many people and beings who have not enough of food and they die from lack of food and I am absolutely responsible for all the suffering and deaths of these people.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that if I am far away from other people who suffer starvation and die from lack of proper food and water then I am not responsible for it and I can do with the excess of food whatever I want; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I am creating a separation within my mind believing that the physical distance makes me innocent and that I am not directly responsible for the starvation and deaths caused by hunger in other countries and other continents; and within this forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that the starvation and poverty in other countries and continents is caused directly by what I am doing in my country, my home and my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use food and other resources preparing for eating the world record instead of realizing that all of these resources could have been used for the best of all instead of what is best for me ( beating the world record ).

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that using food and other resources on beating world and personal records is fun; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I have created an illusionary bubble within my mind within which I keep myself in a state of illusion of being happy by using food and other resources in a wasteful manner and at the same time I keep myself blind and I don't see that there is multitude of beings in this world who suffer from the lack of this resources which I waste and use for personal and egoistic goals; and thus I am personally and directly responsible for all the suffering caused by the lack of food and resources which I use for personal goals and beating the Guiness Records.
