LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE THUS YOU SHOULD FART MORE - PART 3
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny the fact that gases and farts are part of normal functioning of my body and through withholding it with force within my tummy and suppressing it with the medicine I am only causing harm to my body; thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to harm my body because I have created an idea in my mind that I should be ashamed of farting in the public.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge farts as something disgusting and embarrassing and through this judgment I have been withholding the gases within my tummy with force and using medicine to suppress the symptoms of it whenever I am in public; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that this has harmful consequences on my body which in the long term creates sickness within my body and thus I am personally responsible for this sickness as I have allowed it as consequence of my judgment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge those who fart in the presence of other people as uneducated and disgusting; within this I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that my reaction of judging others who fart in the public is an automatic reaction which I have accepted, taken for granted and learned from my parents and society without analyzing and considering the facts of what is best and necessary for the functioning of the human body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny the fact that farts and gases in my tummy are part of normal functioning of my body and the same is happening in the body of the king, queen, pope, president and every other person and animal in this world; thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge it as something disgusting and embarrassing and withhold it in my tummy and/or suppress it with the medicine.
