I was a bit struggling with my first appointment in the morning and I was glad when it finished. I was doing the best I can but personally I was struggling and I know that I did better treatments before. Anyway afterwards I had couple of hours before next appointment and I used it to sleep. I could not fall asleep easy but eventually I did and I got out of bed refreshed. I took some minerals and later I did the treatment. And I was feeling ok. Also the whole evening I felt much better. I repeat it again. I do not want to sleep so much but then having this sleeping break between the appointments was very effective.
My tests in the morning ( with the medical instrument ) look good. There is no more toxic lines. It looks like taking the amino acid supplements in the evening before the dinner is much better.
No exercises today. It was an intensive day at work. I did not feel well in the morning and I had muscle pains from yesterday's training. Tough if I did not finish my appointment late then I would do exercises at home or in the gym. Anyway this break is not a problem. And at least I did meditation.
Now... I had more work this week and this affected my energies. But still I stay rather focused and I do not waste time and energy on silly things. And I already start to see that I feel better within myself. The only thing that destabilizes me is a lot of work. But I plan to have 2 days off.
