That was another nice day today. I did some work and I had a lot of time for myself. I went to the gym and I did some things around the house. I am not as effective in doing things related to my business and project but at the same time I did already a lot of work in the past and now there is no need to do as much any more. But there is also a point that I see not so much motivation to do a lot. And this is a result of disappointment seeing that people do not want to change. They life their life but they do not want to change it although they are not really happy with it.
What else ?
Not sure what else I should write. I am less than a month to finish my 7 years Journey to Life project. I am looking forward to it. Although I have already got used to and I have integrated the daily writing into my life that it does not really matter for me if I have to write something or not. I think it will be somehow strange for me not to write an article... hahaha.
Ahhh... I do not feel motivated to do things as I wrote above. But I think that this is not true completely. I am doing my experiment with 1 meal a day and I train a lot. And this is a big challenge and effort for me. I need probably another month to have more stable and visible effects. And if I am successful then this should open a door for my whole project with courses etc.
