Today I did not work with clients. I needed a break as this week was intensive. I spent some time with my colleagues and we discussed some points in regards to our project. I also met with another person who could become part of the team. This was the first conversation and I cannot definitely say if this person is ready or interested to cooperate with me. We will see.
Apart from this I did exercises at home and in the afternoon I went to the gym. People start notice the changes in my body. My muscles are bigger and toned. I also start to see the six pack coming out from behind the layer of fat tissue. My exercise program is quite intensive and challenging but then I see quick results so I accept it for now. Probably later I will go into maintenance mode which will be easier. But this does not matter at the moment. Right now I set myself a goal of upgrading my body to its optimal shape and fitness level and I do whatever is necessary to achieve. Of course I do not accept taking steroids or other harmful substances. I take mineral and protein supplements but they are body friendly according to kinesiology test. I am still in the experimental phase but at the same time this is already a 6th day on this new diet and exercise regime and it becomes more and more clear to me that I can implement into my life as it is beneficial for me.
What else ?
Hmmm... nothing comes up in this moment. I do not know what else I could write. This experiment with diet and exercises ( if completely successful ) will give a big push for my whole project. Because I will be able to prove with my body that I know what I am talking about and it is not just pure knowledge but it is backed up by a practical and living example.
