I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Today I did very little work with the clients. I just got quieter lately. Anyway I used that time to work on the computer with my projects. The only thing is that I did too much of it and I start to feel it in my body. And tomorrow I need to take break from it. And the best way to do is by going to the beach or nature.
I have no realisations to share today.
I went to the gym and I did only shorter version of meditation.
Ahhh... this is interesting. Couple of weeks ago I wrote about the end of my friendship. But few days ago we met on the street and we had a short conversation. There was peace and no emotions. Anyway we should meet tomorrow and have longer conversation. We will see what will come out of it.
As I said I worked today on my project. It was intensive work for my mind because I needed to think of how to design things on the computer. I make progress but I need to be careful to keep the balance between work and rest. Or otherwise I will make 3 steps forward and then 2 or 3 steps back. It is better to be constant and steady rather than do too much in one day and then crash the next one.
