I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I slept long and I woke up late. But the worst thing was that I noticed that I am loosing weight. This is rather normal thing when I work a lot and yesterday I did and I did not eat enough. I have to be very careful about this point. Although the beginning of the day was not easy eventually I had recovered towards the evening and I started to feel calm and sweetness in my body.
Tonight is a very warm night so I want to finish this article and go out for a walk in the nature.
This week I did some more work. It was highly welcomed by me this work because I needed to earn some money for my expenses. I thought that I would be behind this month but now it looks like I am going to be ok.
Today I went to the gym. But I am still not on a track with exercises. I would like to do more but I do not manage to do it as lately I wake up late. Anyway I am on my way to work it out and start working more effectively with my goals.
Yesterday I had an empowering meditation. It is such a nice feeling and sensation in my body when I enter this state. I would like to keep it al the time also after the meditation. I guess this is also possible though I need to maintain my focus with breath etc. By the way I was not so effective with the breathing today. And I struggle with it when I do the massages. I will continue practice this element until I bring it to perfection.
