I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Last I was awake for a long time. I did not feel sleepy so I lied down in bed and I started to read book. And it was ok. After some time I got enough of reading and I put the book aside. I went to the kitchen and I prepared myself some food. Later I went back to bed. I was lying down but I was not sleepy. Well... for some time because eventually I woke up in the morning. So this was the same mistake.
Today I did not feel this calm in my head like yesterday. I did not do so much meditation and mental exercises like I did on previous days. At night I got hooked up on the computer game and I was playing until very late. I did not do much today. I only went to the gym. Today was a bit less effective day.
I do not have more to say today.
