I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And it was another day without work. I went to the beach and then I did some things at home and on the computer. Unfortunately I failed with the sleep. I did not get up out of bed at the first wake and I ended up sleeping until late.
All together my day was not spent effectively. But well... it does not matter. Apart from this the day has not finished yet. And I am still planning to go dancing.
I really do not know what else I could write.
One thing is clear with this long sleep. I do not feel more rested. My eyes still look tired. And I have less time for other things. But I do not want to force myself to wake up. I would like to do it in a gentle way. I would like to get up when I wake up by myself without alarm clock. We will see. But I think that the best would be to test it for 21 days and then change the strategy or method if the other one is not effective.
