I am catching up with posting online my articles.
WOW... today I broke another resistance and I received a valuable lesson in regards to investing I think of it as a lesson but I will have to see it further if this is practical.
I still did not make a plan on the paper but I was already thinking of adding new tasks to my daily routine and I did it.
Anyway... in the morning I did the meditation as agreed upon with my friend. We do it twice a day for 21 days. Later I went for a run on the beach. That is already 2 days when I went for a run in the morning and later I went to the gym. Today I did not go to the gym as I decided to give myself break but as I said I went for a run in the morning and in the evening I did cardio exercises at home. This is already a big break through.
I also have to mention that I have reduced the intake of the yoghurt. I take it with minerals and I like it as it stabilizes my energy when I have intensive day at work. But then I was also eating it excessively every day and in the end I started to accumulate some fat around my belly. At the same time I was fascinated by it because for the first time in my life I was able to put on weight relatively easy and keep it also during intensive periods at work. Anyway now I decided to do something with this belly fat and I do more exercises and I reduced the intake of fatty yoghurt.
Then I started to practice dancing at home after having a long break of 1.5 years. Once I did have a day when I started to do it and then I did not follow it up so it does not really count. Today is different. I feel motivated and I plan to continue doing something every day for at least 21 days. And I also plan to have some fun with it at the dance parties.
In terms of valuable lesson related to investing I will not write much as I have to investigate it and see if that is practical. I just mention it today and surely I will write about it at some point.
