I am catching up with posting online my articles.
It is interesting that lately I do not wake up with the alarm clock. Normally I wake up around 8 o'clock. I know that for many people 8 am it is already "late" but here I do not get much sun in the morning and I sleep until around 8 o'clock. But still I would like to do a meditation and other things starting already around 6 o'clock. The only thing is that I do not hear the alarm clock. And I have a rather a loud one !!! Maybe I am not aware that I switch it off. I do not know what it all means.
Today afternoon I felt somehow sluggish. I had some extra sleep but that did not help much. Later in the evening I did not feel like doing any meditation but I pushed myself to do it rather than falling into the excuses. And the same with the exercises.
I went to the bathroom now and then it came to me an idea that this state could be related to point that I changed my nutrition element today. I did not that the Greek yoghurt with high fat content and this could have been a "shock" for my body manifesting itself in this way. We will see how it goes in the next few days as I want to take a break from this yoghurt.
