I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Today I had my day off and I decided to go to the beach with a friend. Later we went to eat in the restaurant but I did not take coffee as I usually do. And I already feel that I will be better off without it. I feel that it is not compatible with me. We will see how it goes with the time. And I am also very curious how it is going to be with the sleep when I stopped drinking coffee.
It's been already few days without exercises. I somehow find excuses not to do it. But it does not matter as I plan to do something after I finish this article although it is rather late.
What else ?
No progress with the sleep. I slept about 8 hours last night and later during the day I also took couple of short naps.
Couple of days ago I had a toothache. But now all is stable. No more pain.
I really do not know what to write. So this is going to be all for today.
