I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I went for a run on the beach in the morning and definitely I am getting stronger. In the beginning I had to do 4-5 short breaks during the run and now I make the same distance with just 1 break. Eventually I want to manage to run the whole distance without the break and I would say that this does not take me much to accomplish ( in few days I should be ok ). Though tomorrow I will take a break from run and I do exercises at home. I want to do different types of exercises as it works with different muscle groups and in different ways.
I slept relatively little last night as I got busy with the computer ( investing ). But then I had couple of sleep breaks during the day.
I do not know what else I could write.
I feel a bit down in the afternoon. Most probably because I spent too much time on the computer and the investing does not go too well lately. I had for a short moment a temptation to do something silly justifying it that the things don't go the way I would like them to be. But I will not follow this temptation. Instead I will do my mental exercises and breathing to bring myself to the center and stability.
