I am catching up with posting online my articles.
There is something interesting happening in my body lately. I put on weight. But it is not that I am fat or anything like this. I have some fat tissue but this more of a healthier weight gain. As a matter of fact this is the highest weight that I had in my life so far. And I am kind of fascinated by it as I had always problems with gaining weight. The main reason was that I was vegetarian for a long time and I did not nourish myself properly. I did not regard food as something important and I ate because I had to. I never enjoyed cooking etc.
Anyway I cannot say that I enjoy cooking today and I wish that I could live without eating food but at least I do not disregard and ignore any more the point that I need to give my body good quality food.
Now... there are couple of elements that I see that contribute to the weigh gain lately. One of them is that I set myself a goal to gain weight and I give myself orders in my meditation to gain weight. Secondly I do not work as much as I used to and so I do not burn my body as much. And then there is also this point that about 18 months ago I started a new nutrition program which included mineral and vitamin supplements.
According to this program the body goes through 3 phases. The first one is when body activates the process of cleaning itself from toxins. And these mineral supplements had the capacity to bind the toxins ( heavy metals etc. ) and take them out. In the 2nd phase my body was supposed to continue with the the detox and to start cellular regeneration and depositing the excess of the minerals in the body. And in the 3rd phase the body is primarily focusing on depositing the minerals and vitamins in the body. The main function of this depositing is to have the reserves of those minerals in the body which helps to maintain the stability in the body. Those who don't have these reserves go through strong ups and downs and eventually get sick. Anyway depositing on the minerals in the body ( bones, organs, muscles etc. ) is obviously contributing to the weight gain of my body. And so it looks like this program is really effective and real. Now I can see it with my own eyes now but in the beginning I was not sure about it.
