I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And so today I had a day off. I decided to use the opportunity to go to the nature and see the waterfalls again. And because it was a warm day so I also allowed myself the luxury of having a bath in the waters of the creek. It was cold but I have already trained my body to withstand the cold water in the last couple of years and I could stay in the water about 10 min. It was easier also because of the sun. In general it was a very nice experience.
Apart from this I do not know what to write.
Ahh... this one... the cryptocurrency market is on the move after a severe correction in the last couple of weeks. I got already sucked into it and I spent many hours on the computer today. Now it is late and I still have not done my meditation exercises. It is somehow difficult for me to let go off of the control element. I don't want to leave the computer even for a second. But I will not sacrifice my meditation exercises for this. So I will close my computer after I finish this article and that's it. Whatever happens that is the way it is. I trust myself that I make the best decision. But the meditation exercise has more value for me than to make some money on the investing. But I have to also mention that within the investing there is something that I would like to experience. And this is that I want to wake up in the morning and see that I made a lot of money. So there is this point of letting go and trusting. And also experiencing the joy of earning money while I sleep and don't work for it directly with my hands.
So now I go to do my meditation.
