I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Today I had a little bit more work to do. But this is within my healthy limits so it is ok. But I have already said NO to couple of people as part of my solution to excess of work.
Today I had an interesting observation. I have a friend who is talking a lot about keeping the connections. You'll know... the typical connections between people like having contact at least from time to time either directly or through the phone etc. Well... this is what I thought about it. I know that the connections go much deeper than that but I was not giving much attention to it. Though today my attention was drawn to the stones that she left in my house. They were placed as a decoration but in a specific way. I remember the moment when she was putting them there and she was very particular about making sure that the stones are touching each other. I noticed this similar behaviour on other occasions but then I did not pay much attention to it. I obviously registered it in my mind but I did not pay much attention to it.
Lately I have been looking at this stones few times. I was even thinking if I should take them away. But then I did not do it. On couple of occasions I touched the stones and they fell apart. And so I put them back together making sure that they are touching each other.
Today I finally got some realisations that when my friend was talking about the connections it has a profound meaning in it. And it is not just about using big words. Through this stones it was shown to me that my friend is really into making real connections with people. Of course she is interested in making connections not just with people. She is also making connections with stones, animals, plants etc. This goes much deeper than I initially thought.
Of course this I some kind of lesson for me. This is not a coincidence that I have been looking at the stones and then putting them together making sure that they are touching each other. Anyway this is an observation that I made today but I am certain that this will bring me more important realisations in the future.
