I am catching up with posting online my articles.
And so today I have the day when I do not know what to write. I was busy at work and I am a bit tired so I have a relatively good reason for this emptiness in regards to my article. In any case I have to push myself to write something no matter what. I had a day off yesterday because my appointments were canceled but still it did not feel like a day off when I could have a good rest. I feel like the tiredness is accumulating. But well... I could take an easy day tomorrow and go to the beach after I finish my appointment. It is all up to me.
What else ?
I see that my effectiveness has dropped down and I have the tendency to waste time on silly things. I use the excuse that I am tired and I use it to switch of from my work. But in the end this is just an excuse. Though I still have not made the plan in which I would include how much time I allow myself "to waste" if I wish to do so.
I just think that maybe the reason for my empty mind can also come that I am hungry. It is late at night but still I am hungry. Unfortunately there is not much food in my fridge. Anyway I need to finish it here.
