I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Lately I have been working more and today I faced the consequences of accumulated tiredness. I had to sleep longer and get rest as I was not having any willingness to do anything. In the afternoon I went out to get out from my environment and get some "fresh air". It helped me to recover my strength and energies and I immediately see that I start to think about what I could do in regards to my projects.
I thought that I would be able to catch up with posting online my JTL articles but in the end this will have to wait probably until Saturday as tomorrow my agenda is full.
It is late and I get tired now. And I do not know what to write anymore. Ahhh... it was very nice today to see that I was able to have a stable conversation with my ex-partner. There was some tears but in general there was stability.
I have to finish it here as I am getting tired.
