I am catching up with posting online my articles.
2. Another point that I see that I can do is doing some exercises. This point is interesting because on one hand I do exercises but then I know that I am not doing them correctly. Or maybe I should rather say that I am not doing the optimally. Thus I go to the gym and I do weights but I do not do cardio exercises. I know that this would be good for my heart but somehow I was lazy to do them. The other exercises are ok but with this type I was always finding excuses not to do them. Anyway I am on the way to change it now and for the last 7 days I have already been doing them. Of course this is the test phase. I think that this will be something helpful but I need to test it and see if that really works.
3. Of course nutrition is another important point which is necessary to address when it comes to healing. I have been investigating this topic for years but still last year I met somebody who has presented me with new facts and now I am applying them in my life and testing them.
You'll know... these is my first step. I simply do what I see that I can do and then I know that I will be able to see how to make the second step. And if I don't then it means that I am going wrong way and I need to try to find something else.
