I am catching up with posting online my articles.
Well... I was able to see 3 things which I can do straight away - breathing, nutrition and exercises. Yes... these things are the basic elements, which will certainly help with the healing of my heart. I am almost certain that there are more elements ( e.g. something on the emotional level ) but for now I concentrate on that which I can see in front of me. And later when I make my first step I will concentrate on the second step.
I have already made the first step and here are couple of important realisations.
1. I am investigating the point of most effective breathing ( I use the medical instrument to measure it ) and it looks like I have found something that works for me. Over the period of the last few days I see some small changes on my EKG but still the main point is that this is a process and it will take some time for the healing. I do not know yet whether this change is permanent and thus I will need to concentrate on the optimal breathing over certain period of time. I may see some permanent improvements within 1 month but most probably I will have to maintain the discipline for couple of months. And this is a very important realisation for everybody in this world because somehow we ignore this point and instead we want quick fixes ( miracles ).
