I am catching up with posting online my articles.
I was very busy with work today. Though I managed to go through the day relatively easy. Maybe it was because of the day off that I had yesterday. Or maybe because of the breathing exercises that I did yesterday ( although I was disappointed due to lack of visible effects ). Or maybe because of both. In any case I had some visible changes in my life and thus I should follow this path and investigate it further ( especially the point of breathing ).
Now it is very late and I have enough for today. Thus I would like to finish it as soon as possible and go to bed. Though before I go to sleep I should do my breathing exercises and visualisation with my teeth.
I am following my experiment with the diet and - among few changes - I allow myself to eat more fatty yogurt to get more calories because normally I struggle to put on weight. Though I must mention that I am not interested to put on weight ( muscles ) at the cost of my health ( e.g. red inflammation points on my skin ). I have noticed that that I have couple of spots on my back but I am not sure yet whether the cause of it is coming from the fat. I need to investigate it but for now I suspect that this is the result of eating oats or dried fruits. So once my skin get better I will introduce the oats first and then dried fruits to see if the provoke these red spots. And at the end I will try to find out if there is any connection with the yogurt.
