7 YRS PROCESS - DAY 1827 - PUTTING LIMITS ON MY WORK WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Putting limits on my work without compromise

I am catching up with posting online my articles.

Hmmm... so there came the point today related to my work. Basically the point is the same as it was in the last couple of years - balance between work and rest.

It all happened when my partner started to ask me some questions about my sadness. At first it was not easy to see it for me as I was merged/fused with this point in my mind and I made it for myself "invisible". But it does not matter. I was simply pointed out by her to my last thoughts. I answered that my thoughts were related to work and being overwhelmed continuously by never ending responsibilities.

Although I said it, I still could not see it clearly. Well... at least not in the beginning but once we started to talk about it more then I noticed the connection and I was really laughing at what I heard from my partner. It was as if she played back to me the tape with my words that I used my clients and other people that asked me for some assistance with their personal/health issues. And basically it was all about taking the piece of paper and write down my situation and my objective/goal with the correction. And that was expressed in bringing balance between my work and rest. And the best way to start it is by taking 1-2 days off per week.

That was all that simple. All that was necessary was simply doing and applying practically all that I knew from last year when I worked on this issue within the DIP process. Redirecting me by talking about this topic and the correction brought quickly joy and laugh into my being. Thus now I have to look at the point of how I imply this point within my life and not allow the compromise in this point. I know that I can still manage my work and all the responsibilities and have the necessary time for rest and other things which will be enjoyable for me.
